I work for a UK company, with a subsidiary in the Netherlands.
We are looking to purchase a qualified certificate for a seal, as per eIDAS, using the parent company (legal entity) in the UK, from a TSP in the Netherlands.
I have few questions, and I hope you can help.
- Will the qualified certificate be accepted in the EU?
- Will it be possible to seal a document from our subsidiary in the Netherlands, using the qualified certificate from a legal entity in UK?
